How It Works
To Make Your Camping Gear Order
1. Select The Right Tent To Hire
Look at the Tent Hire pages and consider what will suit your party size.
Prices are dependent on how long you require the tent – the hire period is counted from the day the equipment is delivered to your address to the day it is picked up from you. This will be longer than the days you are booked onto your chosen campsite. We recommend that you take delivery of your hire order 1-2 days before you intend to camp – this will give you time to check it over and read through the pitching instructions calmly – better still, have a dry run in the garden.

- 1-4 nights
- 5-11 nights
- 12-20 nights
2. Go To Your Order Page
A summary of the tent(s) you have selected for hire and purchase will be shown.
Select the exact dates you require the hire order of the tent (if applicable) to run from and to. This should correspond with the price bands you have selected for the tent(s) in the hire order. Complete all the usual contact details and submit your order. You are not required to submit payment on order submission as we will need to confirm availability of your chosen tent(s), see step 3.
3. Order Confirmation And Payment
Your order will be processed within 1 business day (usually less).
You will receive a confirmation email of your order and will be directed to a secure payment page. If an adjustment to your delivery charge is required (either due to your address being local to us or you are collecting), we will make the amendment manually at this point, your requested payment will reflect this change. – see also Delivery section below).
Once you have made your payment, sit back and start planning what else you need for your camping trip. See packing list for some help.
4. Delivery
Delivery costs £15 upwards. This is dependant on the size and weight of the tent you order.
An additional £15 upwards will be charged to collect the tent from you after your hire. Larger tents will cost slightly more.
We are also happy to accommodate should you wish to collect and return in person. We are based in East Sussex.
5. Packing And Collection
Collection details including time and place should be arranged when placing order. You must make sure you or someone you trust are around to facilitate collection.
